Teak Ty Brockbank, 45, acknowledged his comments were made “out of fear, hate and anger” to a federal judge in Denver as he sat dressed in a khaki jail uniform, before pleading guilty to one count of transmitting interstate threats. He faces up to five years in prison when he’s sentenced on Feb. 3.
