Eddie Howe admits Newcastle United struggled to cope with Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson in Chelsea’s 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. Chelsea made a strong start to the game and thought they had taken the lead in the first half though Palmer before his effort was rule out for offside following a call from VAR.

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has named two Chelsea players who gave them the biggest problems in their 2-1 defeat yesterday. Toon went down against Chelsea in a game that was actually pretty close but was won by the better side on the day, even if I am biased!
