The Pacific Palisades property that “Friends” star Matthew Perry lived, and eventually died in, has reportedly been sold. According to the Los Angeles Times, his 3,500-square-foot house sold for $8.55 million.

Perry purchased the Pacific Palisades property for $6 million back in 2020. And it was at this home where his body was found face down in a Jacuzzi, with the official autopsy report later revealing he died of "acute effects of ketamine" and subsequent drowning.
